This was such a clean, spacious home. There were so many great details/ additions: fold out mattresses for kids, extra blankets, plenty of paper towels and dish soap, bikes, a hot tub! Ready for More of Moab!!
This was our first visit to Moab and this property was the perfect choice for us to do and see everything we wanted. We loved the location as we could walk to the restaurants and shops and easily drive to Arches, Canyonland and other area attractions. We loved the quiet location and took full advantage of the outdoor patio and hot tub each evening. We stayed three nights before heading to Kanab, but wish we could have stayed longer. Two thumbs up!!

Quick walk to restaurants and shops while being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Quiet in evenings and easy access to multiple trails (especially Kane creek rd). Being Dog friendly is a must for us, and having a fenced in area with easy access via multiple doors was ideal.

Location of the rental was perfect, in the middle of Moab, but felt secluded. Hot tub was clean and in order. The grill was clean and ready to cook on. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. We were able to park three full-size trucks and a trailer. The double garage was awesome.

An Excellent Property
I really enjoyed staying at this property. The host was extremely thoughtful. The check-in / check-out process was smooth, the communication with the manager was easy, and you just feel really taken care of. The house itself was as described, a great place to relax after a day of wandering the wilderness. The only thing I can find to mention is that the walls are a bit thin, you could hear when the people on the other side of the house got up - not a huge deal overall. This particular property is right next to the pool, which was a big deal for my kids who really enjoyed swimming in it. Overall really happy with our time here, I would love to stay again next time I am in Moab.

Great Experience
Probably the best stocked vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. From bikes in the garage, snacks on the welcome plate, all the appliances, hot tub, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, detergent, smart TVs, ample extra towels, blankets and pillows, folding chairs to sit in garage after a day of riding etc… Location was great, service was wonderful. No complaints, would definitely stay at this house again.

Mountain biking in Moab
We were two families coming to Moab for biking. This location is clean and safe, has easy bike storage, and is very central to the trails we rode. It also has a bike park across the street, bike lanes to downtown and the grocery store, and lots of space for four adults and four teens to live in for a week.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was the perfect location, and walkable to restaurants and pubs, or we could have used the 4 provided bicycles! The house was the cleanest, and most comfortable house, with more than enough room for our two couples. The large kitchen, included all of the essentials, which is always a nice way to start a vacation. We also enjoyed the brand new BBQ, and very comfortable beds. Checkout was easy peasy - no long list of things to do. Overall, a 5 star experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at your Vrbo! The house was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated all the extra blankets and kitchen accessories to make our stay comfortable. The garage was very clean and we enjoyed the cornhole, bikes, and chairs. The gated courtyard was perfect for our small children and dog. The artwork on the walls was phenomenal and gave us a real appreciation for the beauty of Moab. It was so nice to have our own hot tub and enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in backyard. Your team was responsive and helpful. Thanks again, we hope to be back and stay there!

Not only the best rental we've had in Moab, but the best rental period.
If we had our own condo in Moab, set up just the way we'd like, it would be Cottonwoods 477. Our family of 4 stayed for a hot week of mtn. biking and hiking, and this made a perfect home base for us A/C was cold (required for Moab in July, when it's over 100F most days), garage perfect for storing our bikes/gear, beds and furnishings comfortable, and centrally located for either biking or driving across town. We didn't need our typical 'go box' we bring along for vacation rentals, as everything was stocked in the kitchen. I can't think of anything we'd change - the unit was the best we've stayed at in Moab and probably anywhere.
