This condo is fantastic and luxurious - right in the heart of all things Branson! Minutes from the famous Branson Theatre District and everything else in Branson. This is an awesome place to spend a vacation!!

The Space:
The richness of the Tuscan design features comfortable soft furnishings, beautiful wood finishes, and a large, crafted wood tv console that will make you feel like you stepped right into Italy itself. The quality king size bed will have you relaxing and resting up for every fun filled day in Branson! The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to cook up quality family meals. You'll love the four season (heated) sunroom that overlooks the well-manicured neighborhood. Bring yourself, your family, and have an exciting time in Branson at Tuscany Villas!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
1 king size bed (sleeps 2), bedside lighting, and quality bedding.
1 sofa sleeper (sleeps 2).
Queen air bed upon request.

OTHER INCLUSIONS:
Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make a meal of any size, full size washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, all soft white towels, quality bedding, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds and filter provided), a Crockpot, and extra blankets!

we did have an issue there where six remotes in the living room for the tv and was not able to turn the tv on other than that all went well

Amazing property

Our stay was comfortable and cozy. Staff was friendly and in touch. Only thing noticable was the shower gel container kept leaking on its own. We defintely would coming back.

Branson Vacation

Our vacation was so much fun. The stay at the apartment was excellent. The shower handle does need some attention. Water pressure was a little low, but that is uncontrollable. Overall a fantastic place to stay that is close to all the attractions! Very clean and nice, made you feel at home!

Gorgeous property

Loved the property. Everything was as listed. The bathtub faucet needs changing and the conditioner dispenser leaked. MINOR details that would NOT stop me from booking again.

Very nice stay, only a few minor things to mention

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here greatly! The place was as described, very pleasant, clean, nice area, quiet, spacious, and nothing was broken or missing. There were only a few things of note to mention that could be improved upon in our opinion. The bed mattress was overly firm. It is a very important part of the stay of course as you may not use many things in the location but a bed's comfort is going to be tested and we weren't happy about that. The TV's were confusing with one having 6 remotes, between VHS, DVD, the TV it was a chore to use them. The bedroom TV had 2 remotes so it was a little easier to figure out. The TV's them selves were very old and there was no ability to stream anything or cast video to them from the phone to do so, so we were left with cable channels that were very limited. Lastly the toilet paper was unusable. We ended up shopping late our first night and bought our own. Apart from those issues everything else was pretty seamless and enjoyable. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at such a pleasant location!Mike M.

Just about Perfect

The condo is as pictured. The bed is comfortable and so were the pillows. The bathroom is on the small side as others mention but, then again I personally am in there by myself. I guess it could be an issue if you have young children but, I would not find it to be a problem. The only reason I gave 4star on the cleanliness is it appeared the baseboards had been overlooked and I noticed it specifically in the bathroom. I’d stay here in a heartbeat with no hesitation! The location is perfect, could not ask for a better one!

Great place for a getaway!

This was a nice,cozy place for our weekend getaway. Just a short drive to all the attractions but yet quiet & secluded which we enjoyed. Check in was super easy & It had everything we needed.We would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay there again next trip. The only personal recommendations we would have to make our stay even better would be. Mattress could be a bit softer, & the shower knob was loose which made water pressure a little low to take a shower. Great place all in all!!

3 Day Stay

Check in was easy and it was easy to find the building location. Convenient location. Only issue I had was as I entered the unit at around 5 pm I found it had not been cleaned. Dirty towels, used bed, food in refrigerator, food in sink, garbage not taken out etc. I was able to contact the host, and someone was sent to clean the unit that evening. The issue was taken care of, but it was frustrating that evening.
