BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR

The Primary Suite features a king-size bed adorned with premium quality linen and bedding with ample storage space, ensuring you can neatly organize your belongings. There's a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment—perfect for winding down after a long day. The modern ensuite bathroom boasts two vanities and a spacious walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT

The Tower Grove East Neighborhood is a strong south St. Louis City neighborhood rich in community spirit and architectural splendor. TGE is just east of Tower Grove Park and is one of the neighborhoods adjacent to the Grand South Grand area centered at Grand and Arsenal. Tower Grove East has a great hometown feel; it is common to run into neighbors you know at local shops and restaurants. We hope you will take some time to visit the Tower Grove East Neighborhood.

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Spacious

Very clean and feels like you are at home. Lots of room huge table to seat everyone. Great neighborhood with lots of places to eat and get delivered food. Short drive to the Dome at America’s center with lots of places to have a day of fun

Great location and plenty of beds

The home is well stocked with necessities such as soap, toilet paper and linens. The location of the home was great for visiting the Arch, zoo, museums and Union Station. The home was clean and had plenty of sleeping arrangements. The parking pad in the back was large enough for 2 vehicles. The leaving cleaning instructions were simple which was very nice to have while traveling. The upstairs bathroom shower drain does need fixed but I notified them about it and assume they will be fixing that.
