Swiss Mountain 2907 has zero steps in, is one level, offers internet access, and is not pet-friendly. This premier-rated unit sleeps four. The main living area features an open concept design with air conditioning, including a cozy living room with a flatscreen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use.
The fully functional kitchen has been updated with new countertops and cupboards, and the dining table seats four. The bedroom offers a queen bed with air conditioning, and there's a full bath in the hall.
This unit is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes, main resort, and Highlands Golf Course. The quaint patio located right off the kitchen is the perfect spot to unwind and features a small gas grill as well.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community.
All homes include washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.
During the summer months, this unit is conveniently within walking distance of the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT’S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

DELUXE
The accommodations offer customary quality and physical attributes and amenities. They feature various amenities, comfort and updated décor.
STANDARD
The accommodations are comfortable, clean and pleasant with modest enhancements minus the frills. This is the perfect match for the more economically minded guest.
During check-in, we may ask for a valid credit card for incidentals or room charges. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue.
Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
