With room for up to 9 guests, you'll be right at the heart of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Plus, there’s ample off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis.

The Kitchen and Living Room:
The open-plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly connect to the rear deck, where you’ll find a lovely outdoor dining and BBQ area. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas hot plates, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a 5-seat dining table. Inside, the cozy lounge boasts comfy couches, a gas log fire, a variety of board games, and a wide-screen TV for family movie nights.

Bedding Configuration:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2 guests)
- Bedroom 2: 2 Sets of Single Bunks (sleeps 4 guests)
- Bedroom 3: 1 Tri-Bunk (sleeps 3 guests)
- Linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

Bathroom Facilities:
The main bathroom features a vanity, bath, separate shower, and a separate toilet.

Heating & Cooling:
Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted evaporative cooling and a cozy gas log fire.

Outside:
The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the best spots on the peninsula. The boat ramp, local shops, deli, coffee shop, and golf course are just minutes away. The fully fenced backyard is a kid’s paradise, complete with swings, a trampoline, a cricket set, footy and soccer balls, tennis rackets, and a volleyball net. Secure parking is available behind the gated carport.
