The name of the home is an ode to the island’s Reggae Super Star, Bob Marley, who introduced the world to Livity – the belief that a righteous energy flows through all people. Fully air-conditioned, Love & Livity offers an easy flow, balancing indoor living and dining spaces with generous outdoor lounge areas for families and friends to converge and maintain togetherness as memories are made. The extensive wrap-around balcony offers ideal vantage points for views of the Caribbean Sea gently meeting the diverse azure sky. Whether enjoying an early morning sip of the world-renowned Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee or experiencing a romantic dinner at sunset as the city lights begin to twinkle, the balcony offers a perfect setting.

Perched gracefully above a verdant expanse on Copperwood Ridge, the two-storey home includes a welcoming games room on the lower level. Here, a game of pool can be savored, with others observing from the plush sofa strategically positioned for comfortable spectator seating. The space opens up to an unusually expansive pool area accompanied by a terrace that generously caters to the needs of the home’s guests.

Love & Livity presents a charming residence graced with Caribbean chic and the welcoming warmth of Jamaica, tailored to meet the expectations of even the most discerning clientele.

The villa has four (4) staff members: a Butler/Head of House, Chef, Housekeeper, and Gardener.

This can be rented as 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms.

The Space:
The five (5) meticulously planned bedrooms, each bearing the name of an iconic Jamaican, offer a serene haven adorned with soft furnishings that inspire a relaxing ambiance. Ensuring privacy, each bedroom is equipped with its own en suite bathroom. There are three (3) bedrooms upstairs with king-sized beds, and two (2) bedrooms located downstairs; one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king.
