The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a 46-inch SmartTV, and a walk-in closet. The adjacent bathroom features a combination tub- hower, and a single-sink vanity. Parking is on the street or driveway.

The Beautiful large western-facing patio is great for entertaining or unwinding. The property features a two-burner BBQ, a fire feature for cooler nights, and a chaise lounge to read a book or nap. The community pool and spa are just a few condos away.
