First time at SandPiper Cove

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We were super excited to be able to bring our boat with us to Destin. Sandpiper seemed to have everything we needed due to the proximity to Crab Island and restaurants. First, the condo was a bit dated, but cozy. They are all privately owned, so it feels like you are a guest in a home rather than a hotel. The shower faucet was broken off, with sharp metal cutting our fingers. We checked in on a Friday, so it didn't get fixed until Monday, and once they replaced the knob, it just fell off again. The fan and several lights were not operational. They offer ice machines but each time we went to get ice, the machines didn't work. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay, with a really good restaurant on site, private beach access, boat slips available (with ramp).Parking is not assigned, so many times we had to park and walk several blocks because people bring 19 cars for a 4 person condo.
