Oceana Acres is a contemporary, spacious 2300 sf main level of a luxurious home away from home. The breathtaking views and wildlife instantly captivate your attention.

Oceana Acres has two oversized bedrooms and sitting rooms. The primary bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors to the main deck.
Marvel at the sun rising as you wake on your king-size bed and watch the moon shimmering on the water. The master suite has a sitting area, tea and coffee bar, TV, and double mirrored closet storage. The ensuite has a large soaker tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a sitting area, a TV, and a sofa bed for extra guests or children. The sliding doors open to your private patio, which overlooks the perennial rock garden and natural landscape.

The stylish main bathroom has a tub/shower, raised sink and tiled floor.

The bright and spacious common areas have high ceilings to 14' and views of the Juan de Fuca Straight from almost all areas.

The Great Room has sliding doors to the deck, transom windows, a comfortable leather couch, and a loveseat. It also has a large TV and a Heintzman piano.

The dining room opens to the deck through sliding glass doors, where there is optional dining seating and a BBQ.

Additional seating areas allow you to spread out and enjoy the view. Multiple games are available for guest use, and there is a Bluetooth surround system. Wi-fi is available on the property, but note that we are in a low-service cellphone area, and some mobile carriers do not. For many this is a lovely feature where they truly get the feeling of being out of touch.

The caretakers live in a lower unit and are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Use of the laundry is available upon request. The caretakers have a mountain dog ‘Willow’. She has a short leash and her electric fenced area.

We allow pets, but we ask that you keep them on leashes when outside. The property is not fenced, and wildlife is everywhere.

Once you follow the long driveway, you will arrive at the house. Please stay to the right and follow the Oceana Acres sign.

We request that you use the front yard, main drive and bluff area of the property.

There is a large, deep pond that is unsupervised and is used privately for the caretakers on the property. This is not meant for guest use and we do not encourage allowing small children unsupervised in the yard.
