The Space:
Located only one block (250m) from White’s Beach and the Flying Fox Park, families will love the close proximity to the ocean. Torquay is famous for its beaches, surf shops, boutique shopping, cafés and breweries, plus skate parks and playgrounds for kids and teens to explore.

The incredible main living hub has a wealth of north and east-facing windows that flood the interiors with warm natural light and elevate your daily life. Beautifully decorated throughout with coastal luxe furnishings, the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail can be seen in finishes that include polished concrete floors, Blackbutt timber panelled ceilings and a Cheminees Philippe fireplace at its heart. The Smart TV has Netflix connectivity (log into your own account), while split system air conditioning (SSAC) and a ceiling fan also provides climate comfort.

The single level floor plan will suit families who love to come together for lively gatherings, or retreat to any of 3 living areas for quieter times. The stunning kitchen is well-equipped with dual ovens, induction cooking and a coffee pod machine, while a distinctive stone island bench and timber dining table will be the site for meals and holiday fun.

The front lounge room is a sitting room with TV, It overlooks the fish pond in a tropical garden setting (also the site of the outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off after long days spent at the beach). This room has SSAC and a study nook for those that need to work whilst on holidays. The 3rd living/rumpus room has a big comfy fold out couch, Smart TV with Netflix connectivity, X-Box and a selection of puzzles, books and toys.

Large bifold doors provide an unhindered outlook and access to the sheltered deck and backyard, so you can watch the kids playing on the trampoline while you entertain or relax. The outdoor entertaining zone has a BBQ, lounge seating, dining area and a sunset bar. The property is fully fenced and well-behaved pets are welcome, by request at the time of booking. $50 pet fee will be added to your reservation.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. The Queen-size master bedroom is positioned at the front of the home, and features a stunning ensuite with a sanctuary aesthetic. Next door is a Single bedroom with built-in robes, then two additional bedrooms off a separate hallway; a Single bunk bedroom, and a Double bed. A central bathroom has a freestanding egg bath, large shower, stone-topped vanity and separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, no clothes dryer.

Guests will have access to the whole property, excluding the locked garage.

Main street shopping (Gilbert St) is 2.2km away, with plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, and many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.
Dunes Shopping Centre (Torquay North) is 1.7km away,
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches start 250m away at White’s Beach. Torquay Main Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months. Cosy Corner and Fisho’s are very gentle front beach options. Bells Beach, Winki Pop and Jan Juc beaches are for more experienced swimmers and surfers.
Spring Creek caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking.
Check out Surf City Plaza for surf fashion (don’t forget the seconds/samples shops on Baines Crescent).
Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 40 mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within walking/riding distance to beaches, parks and shops. Ample off-street parking available for 2 cars, but the garage is locked and unavailable for guests.

Closest train station 30km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
