This classic 'down south' cottage, situated on a huge block, is in the heart of Abbey, a five minute walk to the beach, the boat ramp, Amelia Park lodge (tavern and restaurant), Ooza and Tang (restaurant), coffee shop/bakery, bottle shop and fish and chip shop.

The house has huge deck, lovely spacious fenced gardens - ideal for kids and fur babies. Plenty of parking plus room for your boat and/or trailer.

Enjoy the footy or a movie in air-con comfort in front of the huge Smart TV

Please note that the second queen bedroom is accessed via a bedroom with two singles - best suited to families. The second bathroom is accessed via the undercover alfresco area (a few steps from the kitchen or second queen bedroom.)

We live off-site, but are close by if you need anything.

The beach, the boat ramp, the 'Shed' wholefoods market, Amelia Park lodge (tavern and restaurant), bottle shop, Allure at Abbey (restaurant), fish and chips - all within a five minute walk.

Easy access to Busselton, Dunsborough and the Margaret River region.

WiFi, linen and towels are provided. The third and fourth bedrooms are accessed via a small step from the kitchen into the fourth bedroom. The third bedroom (queen bed) is accessed via the fourth bedroom (2 x singles)

Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.
No pets to be left unattended at any time. No parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
