Surf Side offers a lovely floor plan to accommodate you and your family. The main level offers a large living room and a dining room with a table for all 12 to dine together overlooking the ocean. The large partially covered deck with built-in benches will be a favorite spot while you are here.

Linens (bed & bath) are included for standard beds for reservations 7 nights or more. Linens for non-standard beds (sleeper sofas, futons, roll-aways, etc.) and/or for shorter stays are NOT included, but are available for an additional fee.

Location:

Your beach house is located approximately 1 block south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your Topsail Island vacation rental. Please note that this rental comes with sheets and towels for all standard beds for all weekly (7 night minimum) reservations. Linens for for non-standard beds (sleep sofas, futons, roll-a-ways beds, etc.) are not included. Guest may bring their own linens for non-standard beds and/or shorter stays or rent them from Ward Realty.
